OMG Cards ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use omg.cards (the "Service").

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following information when you use the Service:

• Organizers: Email address, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store your card details), and the name of the birthday recipient.
• Contributors: Your name, an optional text message, and the video you record or upload.
• All users: Basic usage data such as pages visited and device type, collected via standard server logs.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the Service — storing and displaying your video card to the intended recipient
• Send transactional emails — your dashboard link, submission confirmations
• Process payments securely through Stripe
• Improve and maintain the Service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or video content with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

3. DATA STORAGE

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database and storage provider. Videos are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We retain your data for as long as necessary to deliver the Service.

4. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your credit card number or payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

5. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

We send transactional emails (dashboard links, submission notifications) via Resend. We do not send marketing emails without your consent. You can opt out at any time by contacting us.

6. COOKIES

We use minimal cookies necessary to operate the Service. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at hello@omg.cards. We will respond within 30 days.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
